Outdoor yoga is here! 

Our spacious private backyard oasis allows ample room between mats with all the breezy air flow so we can get back to practicing together in community while following COVID-19 social distancing safety regulations.

Weekly Mindful Flow Yoga Classes - Every Monday + Wednesday in September

5:30 - 6:45pm - please arrive 5 - 10 minutes early

at Tree Top Yoga Westboro / 480 Melbourne Avenue

Access the backyard space by walking straight through the driveway

Attendance reserved exclusively to those who have booked their spot in class

The space is limited to 10 students to allow for 6 feet between all yoga mats

$20 cash or e-transfer [day of class]

Skill/challenge level: beginner - intermediate 

New students are always welcome. These classes are a great place to explore movement and mindfulness

Classes are held weather permitting. In the case of poor weather conditions class cancellation will be announced 1 hour ahead of class start time. An email will be sent out to notify all registered participants.

If a class is cancelled due to rain it will be rescheduled for the following day.

(Monday's rain date is Tuesday + Wednesday's rain date is Thursday)

How to book your class:

Book your attendance by signing up for my newsletter on the home page. This is where I send out outdoor class invitations including pop up event classes.

You can also sign up to reserve your place by contacting me via the connect page, email or phone.

Be sure to receive confirmation as space is limited to those who have reserved.

Class confirmation is mandatory.

Last minute drop-in requests are welcome within 30 mins of class start time!

What to bring:

Your own yoga mat. Communal mats are no longer provided.

Any props you might like for practice (block, pillow, strap, eye pillow).

Your own water bottle. 

A light blanket/cover for relaxing in Savasana.

Outdoor practice means being in harmony with Mother Nature... If that means you need to bring sun protection or bug repellent please come prepared!

In class student etiquette:

Arrive in your yoga clothes.

Please try to have gone to the washroom before leaving the house.

Be mindful of socializing with other students. Keep your distance and be respectful that others' comfort levels may be different than your own.

Masks are optional. If you would like to wear a mask, bring one. While I do not recommend practicing yoga while wearing a mask, if you wish to wear one before/ after practice go for it!

 

Do not come to class if you have any symptoms associated with COVID-19:

FEVER

DRY COUGH

TIREDNESS

Self-isolate for 2 weeks if you have traveled outside of Canada or if you have come into contact with someone who has COVID-19.

Teaching etiquette:

While teaching, I will be positioned centrally so that everyone can hear and see me.

I will be staying on my mat for the duration of class to respect social distancing practices for all students.

I won't be giving any hands on adjustments while teaching group classes for the time being.
