Due to COVID-19 Tree Top Yoga is temporarily closed for group classes.
At the time being, solely the private one on one yoga classes are being offered out of Tree Top.
In the meantime, you can practice with me online or outdoors twice every week week.
Yoga classes will recommence as soon as Ontario Health Officials deem it is safe to.
Session registration + payment:
Before the beginning of each month, contact me to register for the session(s) you’d like to attend.
Payment will be accepted in full for the total session via cash, cheques or e-transfer.
If paying cash students can bring their payment to the first class of the session.
If you are late signing up, the session price will be pro-rated. ($15/ class)
Class will run weekly until the end of each month.
Students must communicate a missed class 24hrs prior to be able to receive a make-up class.
Students can come for their make-up class to any of the other classes on the regular schedule and must be within one month of the original missed class.
Make-up classes must be arranged to confirm if there is space in the class.
If you wish to drop in on a class contact me via email, call or text and I'll let you know if there's room.
Drop-ins are payable by cash, cheques, e-transfer @ $20/class
GENTLE yoga offers students a safe space to move through an inward focused practice. The intentionally slow pace allows for increased awareness. Practice incorporates traditional yoga poses, mobility exercises & breathing techniques to calm & reset the BodyMind. Plenty of modifications are given for all bodies. Ideal for anyone seeking an unhurried yoga practice with a restorative feel. Beginners are welcome with no experience needed - this class is nurturing & intuitive.
FLOW is an all levels class that navigates students thoughtfully through sequences that centre, ground & balance. This class offers challenge at its peak, while being accessible to most bodies. Practice postures which calm the body & mind to create a deep sense of connection to the Highest Self. Explore fluid movement lead by breath & tune in to your greater inner Wisdom.
YIN is a delicious practice with timed 2 - 5 minute holds. All postures are held passively. (no downward dogs!) When the tissues are relaxed we begin conversing with the deepest layers of the body (fascia, connective tissue, scar tissue, inflammation, joints & bones). Over time, the body then softens into those once very sensitive edges. Postures are held with intention so the body & mind follow the rhythm of the breath in order to facilitate the most release. The yin practice can be deeply meditative complimented by led breath-work & guided Self-awareness.
