Planning Your First Session
Your first session begins with a clarity call to connect, understand your goals and outline what you’re seeking support with.
You then come in for a personalized 90-minute session where we explore movement, breath and nervous system support tailored to your needs and desires.
This intake session allows us to create a plan for your private yoga journey so that when we meet, we can dive right in.

After Your First Session
Consistent private yoga sessions support growth and confidence. Foundations are built through consistency and repetition; this is where you'll feel changes in strength, mobility, mindfulness and emotional resilience.

Semi-private sessions start at $200
Small Group Sessions, Events, Workshop + Corporate
Private group sessions are available for small and medium-sized groups (typically 2–8 people) at Tree Top Yoga Westboro.
Rates begin at $200 and scale based on group size and the level of support required.
